Thing 23/ The End

Wow, I really enjoyed the "23 Things"! I didn't realize how much is out in the virtual world. I know it is still in its infancy and is only going to get more advanced and easier to use. I'm glad the library introduced us to some of these aspects it has made me eager to continue the life long learning process. Thanks! JQ

Thing 22/Audiobooks

Took a look at NetLibrary. I listened to the "Little Match Girl" at Project Gutenburg. It was nice to know these are available online. Of the top 100 e books, the manual of surgery was downloaded the most. Interesting or freaky, I'm not sure which. http://www.gutenberg.org/etext/12703

Wikis/Thing 16

Wikis is kinda like a ongoing online conference call,it brings thoughts and ideas from everyone in a organized manner. Some uses for wikis in the library might be for the summer reading participants to share their favorite books or other topics, library book discussion groups or a community wiki about the library in general.
